Important notes

  • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
  • Please do not write your message in uppercase.
  • You can write either in English or French.
  • All the programs available from this website are designed for the Microsoft Windows operating system, they won't work or any other platforms (e.g. Mac OS, Linux, etc.) They are compatible with Windows 7 SP1 and later (unless noted otherwise).
  • Before you buy any of the programs, please download and test its demo version available from this same website to make sure that it works the way you want and that it fully suits your requirements. The demo versions work exactly the same way as the full versions, the only possible differences are timeouts and watermarks in the demo versions. No refund will be possible once the full version is delivered.
  • If you bought one of the programs and need help with your order or if you need an invoice, please contact the customer support of the reseller. Orders and delivery are handled by MyCommerce (a Digital River company). Please note that the download link to the full version is provided on the page that completes the order process and in the e-mail that you'll receive from MyCommerce, please make sure that your spam filter does not trap it. You have to install the full version to lift all the limitations of the demo version.
  • If you ticked Send a copy of the message to your e-mail address (recommended) but you don't receive the message in your inbox, either your e-mail address was not typed correctly or you or your ISP are using a spam filter that blocks my e-mail address or my domain name. Whatever the reason is, I won't be able to reply to your message. If that happens, check your own spam filter or contact your ISP and make sure that my e-mail address is not blocked. When this issue is fixed, please send your message again.
  • I usually reply to messages within 2 business days. However, I won't reply to rude or unfriendly messages or to people who use illegal versions of my programs. I am very busy so please don't waste my time. Thanks.
