Still Capture Library 1.02 released

The Still Capture Library is a set of functions that allows C/C++ developers to add still
capture from webcams to their applications in just a few lines of code. The library is based
on the DirectShow API but all the complexity is invisible to the developer. Even though the
library is very small, it features all the functions to get the most out of the available
webcam(s). This version brings some new functions to control device properties (e.g. brightness,
contrast, zoom, etc.) and supports both Device-Dependent Bitmaps (DDB) and Device-Independent Bitmaps (DIB). Read more

By chance, the activation process of my new ISP was rather quick (a little bit more than a week)
and I am now back online. The IAD provided by the ISP is faulty though so I am now waiting for a new one.

Scheduler to automate file downloads.
This version mostly fixes issues related to FTP downloads and wildcards. Please see readme.htm file

especially designed to update PAD files but it can update XML files for any other purpose. The
